I was a liberal, naive high school and college student when Reagan was President so I didn’t like him. But watching this does show what an excellent, humble, inspiring speaker and leader he was. Thanks. BTW, who was/were his speech writers during his tenure as President? They could turn a phrase, that’s for sure.
I believe Peggy Noonan might have been one of his speech writers. But Reagan also wrote and/or edited a lot of his own speeches.
